Tom Skiff is a universally recognized leader in the LTCi industry. Mr. Skiff has had a 42 year career in life and LTC insurance in positions including Chief Actuary, CFO, and President of AMEX and GE Long Term Care Insurance. As President of AMEX/GE's phenomenally successful Long Term Care division, the company grew to become the dominant market leader in the LTC industry.

Mr. Skiff is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Richard Pitbladdo co-founded LTC Global in 2002 and has successfully directed the growth of the company by focusing on raising fixed income capital and executing the company's largest acquisitions. Mr. Pitbladdo has been working with LTC Insurance investment since 1995, following an earlier career as a business professor at the University of Rochester. Between 1997 and 2002, he managed capital and investment strategy in the Long Term Care line of business, starting with John Hancock. In 1999, he joined GE Capital's LTC insurance division as the top investment actuary, later moving to LTC Reinsurance Services as a Senior Vice President.

Mr. Pitbladdo holds a PhD in Economics from Stanford University and has been a Fellow of the Program for Ethics and the Professions at Harvard University.

Mark Dinsmore is a co-founder and since 2002 has been responsible for leading the operational process and development of both the domestic and international growth of the company. Together with his staff, he continues to lead the highly successful commission purchase program of agencies and agents.

Mr. Dinsmore holds a BA and an MS in Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries.

Sukhjit Bassi, Chief Information Officer, has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology industry and Information Technology departments of various other industries like Pharmaceutical and BioTech. He has worked and consulted for a large number of fortune 500 companies in Asia as well as North America.

Mr. Bassi holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Punjabi Unversity, India .

Peter Gelbwaks is a 1968 graduate of the University of Miami and holds a B.A. degree in Sociology. He entered the insurance business directly after graduation and has spent his entire 39 year career in south Florida. In 1983, Peter became a lifetime member of the Leading Producers Roundtable at its highest level and has qualified for MDRT's Top of the Table award.

Peter is a past President, a founding member and Immediate Past Chairman of the National LTC Network, the largest Long Term Care Insurance marketing firm in the country and a past board member and Symposium leader of the American Association for Long Term Care Insurance. Peter has also served as an Agents Advisory Council member for five major Long Term Care Insurance carriers. Peter is a past Vice President of the National Association of Health Underwriters (Gold Coast Chapter) and he has served as a board member of N.A.H.U.'s Education Foundation. He has also been a featured speaker and L.T.C. symposium Director at meetings of N.A.H.U., and a speaker for the Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Sawgrass Insurance and Financial Advisors, and Florida State Guardianship Association.

Dan Schmedlen is Vice President - Business Development and General Counsel of LTC Global and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining the company, Dan was a partner in the global finance practice group of the law firm Nixon Peabody LLP in New York City. Before that, Dan was a partner in the corporate practice group of the law firm Lord Bissell & Brook LLP, also in New York City.

Dan holds degrees from Yale University (B.A., 1992) and Washington & Lee University School of Law (J.D., 1996), where he was Securities Editor of the Washington & Lee Law Review.

Allen Mansfield joined LTC Global as Vice President - Marketing Administration on August 1, 2007. He began his insurance career over thirty years ago with an insurance company serving many administrative and financial functions in its General Agency Department. After twenty-five years with the company, he formed his own financial consulting firm working with insurance agencies.

In 1994, he was retained by the founders of the National LTC Network to assist in the formation of the Network. After the formation of the Network he became its Executive Director and then CFO/Corporate Administrator until joining LTC Global. With LTC Global, his responsibilities will include integrating and directing their increasingly diverse distribution sources.

Janene Dunlap was one of the first employees of LTC Global. She has over ten years of experience in the LTCi Industry and pioneered the commission purchase program for the company. Today she serves as President of the Agency Financial Services Group responsible for all commission buy outs. Janene holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and is in the process of obtaining her FLMI designation.

Dave Yost joined the corporation in 2004. He has over 20 years of financial and accounting experience within small and large corporations.

Mr. Yost is a licensed, Certified Public Accountant in Oregon and Texas and holds an MBA from Webster University, Leiden, The Netherlands, and a BBA in Accounting from Western Michigan University. He is also a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
