ACSIA was founded in 1956 in Burlingame, California. In the early 1970's, the founder of the company began designing one of the first Long Term Care policies. Working with Fireman's Fund, ACSIA began marketing the product in the western U.S. in 1974. During the following 30 years, the company expanded operations into major U.S.markets. Since 1974, the name "ACSIA" and Long Term Care insurance have been linked as the company's agent force and in-force premium have grown.

Purchased by LTC Global in 2007, Senior Wealth Care Insurance Services was founded over 27 years ago out of Houston, Texas and has been focusing on senior market insurance products ever since.
